PLEASE NOTE:

~OUTSIDE LASH EXTENSION WORK NOT done by Jasmine Skin Care + Lash Studio must be personally evaluated to determine pricing of lash fills and removals. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Discounts:

~THERE ARE NO YELP DISCOUNT ON LASHES. The check-in is for skin care only and not products or lashes. 

~Late arrivals cut into your lash/service time!

~Please note if you arrive with makeup on or dirty lashes, i.e. lashes that have not been cleaned properly (ask for pics of what this looks like), there is a $30 cleaning fee and it cuts into your lashing time. We can not stress enough how important it is to keep your lashes clean. Dirty lashes lead to infection and lash loss.

Scheduling:

Appointments are required; however we do take walk-ins on the off-chance we have availability. We encourage you to schedule appointments well in advance, especially prior to major holidays or personal events coming up. We are open Tuesday – Saturday but take evening + Monday appointments by request. Sundays we are closed.

Cancellation Policy:

We have a firm cancellation policy: 12 hour notice or a charge will be applied to your credit card. Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the conditions of the cancellation policy.

Credit Card to hold appointments:

Please refer to our cancellation policy prior to reserving your appointment time. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of this policy.
Please note that if you are a new lash client, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to guarantee your reservation. No shows will be charged 20% of the appointment and blocked from future booking.

~A credit card is necessary to hold any appointment that is longer than one hour. No charges will be made unless you no/show.

Payment Options:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Square cash, checks and cash. State sales tax will be charged where applicable. Please note that if a check is returned to us, a $35 fee will be charged and we will no longer accept checks from you in the future.

Appointment Reminders:

As a courtesy, online booking software emails and texts appointment reminders 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. We kindly ask that you be responsible for your appointment and respectfully adhere to the cancellation policy regardless of whether you get a notice or not (as sometimes computers fail or humans make errors.)

Plenty of free parking in parking lot behind building, in front and on side streets. :) No Ventura Blvd. mess. :)

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your appointment, so you’ll have plenty of time to grab a beverage and do any paperwork that may be required. Late arrivals will limit the time of your service, especially lashes, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client’s appointment. We will do my best to accommodate you; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply.

~Please come with NO fragrance on. Our Artists prefer a fragrance-free space.

Please turn off your phone. Give yourself the gift of phone-free time to relax + be pampered.

Product Return Policy

We sell, use and recommend only the top of the line products + think you’ll be very happy using them. However, if for any reason, you are unhappy with a product purchase from Jasmine Skin Care + Lash Studio, please return the unused item (due to health regulations, we cannot accept opened and /or used returns) with a dated receipt within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly return or exchange the item. We cannot issue cash refunds, however we want you to be totally satisfied so we will work with you to make sure you leave happy.
*Exception: A refund, store credit or product exchange may be given for any opened item that is returned due to an adverse reaction that a client has experienced while using that product. The client must consult with Jasmine prior to receiving a credit or exchange of the product.

Service Return Policy:

All treatments and packages are non-refundable. Each person is responsible to disclose any health issues, retinoid/AHA/skin bleaching creams, etc. use or allergy prior to receiving a service. Any unused services in your package will not be refunded, but have no expiration date.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. By California Law, they have no expiration date. Please note that gift certificates may not be returned or exchanged.

Health:

Please be considerate and if you are sick or have a cold, reschedule your appointment. We want you to be in your best health so you can enjoy whichever service you choose and we can’t guarantee my work if you are sick. We reserve the right to send you home with a prescription for chicken soup if we deem you too sick to work on.
